Raymond McLennan

Raymond McLennan

Raymond has worked on Copyright issues since 1996 when he formed the Copyright Protection Agency Limited. Since that time he has worked with artists, musicians, IT and web developers to help protect their work. Growth rates are higher in the creative sector than in the economy as a whole. In recent years, rapid technological change and globalisation seem to have put into question many aspects of our existing copyright system. Whilst there are those who consider that the system is fit for purpose, there are others who question how well the system is doing in its fundamental job of balancing the interests of creators and users. No matter what. Raymond is best placed to advise on what affects you in Intellectual Property matters.
