We offer our Customers a ‘hand holding’ IT procurement advisory service.

We deal with the whole spectrum of IT procurement from a simple business start-up to full OJEU procurement for Institutions.

We meet with our Customers and review their current IT set-up and advise them about ways of improving efficiency, saving costs, compliance with carbon foot-print regulations and business continuity/disaster recovery.

Based on our Customer’s business requirements, objectives and strategies we introduce our Customers to our Partners or if necessary, external consultants, who can deliver IT solutions in the required areas.

Throughout the course of the project, we act on our Customer’s behalf to interface between our Customer (and its IT team) and the Partner delivering the solution.

We ensure that the proposed IT solution meets our Customer’s expectations. We make sure that our Customers get what they need i.e. they don't get too sophisticated or expensive a solution if they run a simple operation and in contrast we ensure the solution is flexible enough to facilitate expansion of our Customer's business.

Our Partner Morisons LLP produces IT contracts and Service Level Agreements between our Customers and Partners.

Both our Customers and Partners have commented on the "legal bottleneck" which historically occurred when they negotiated IT contracts. This "bottleneck" can result in a costly and time consuming distraction from the main purpose of delivering the IT solution. Such delays are avoided because our Partner, Morisons LLP have agreed standard contracts with our other Partners in advance.

These contracts can be used by our Customers to engage our Partners quickly and at low cost. This adds value and expedites the IT procurement process for all parties involved.
